Return and refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7/14/30 days of delivery, depending on the product category and condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Product tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Shipping charges are usually non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrectly shipped

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Packaging images

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12/24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
